Quantifying the total cost of benefits

The data used for other companies has been acquired from the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics which is from 2005. In this light, the insurance percentage amounts are even much higher than those in Stop N Shop. Insurance costs are much higher than most of the other benefit costs. These insurance costs also cover the health insurance costs which are becoming unbearable for both employees and employers. The legally required benefits are almost on the same level since this is a sensitive area. The other benefit costs which are much lower than the insurance and legally required benefits are the paid and supplemental leave, retirement and savings and other benefits.
