– Develop a written action plan for the 2017 calendar year: Make it up but make sure it sounds legitimate & authentic! 

 

– In your action plan, list three (3) personal goals and three (3) academic goals you will set for myself in order for me to be successful at my University. 

 

– Describe why I selected these goals, what factors are within
your control to achieve these goals, and what strategies you will use to accomplish them. 

 

–  Also, reflect what I have learned about myself and my own personal values, my future and my goals, and how my life has changed within the past year.
