I need assistance revising this assignment. I’m on a time crunch and do not have time to revise the assignment. Most of the work is done but I need to redo the in-text citations and properly allocate the paragraphs to be in accordance of 5 sentences per paragraph. Here is the feedback I received: Even though you have references, they need to be positioned correctly after sentences that are taken from text in the following format (author, date of publication, page number). If not, the text needs to be written in your words.Then a reference section in complete reference format needs provided.. In your diagram you would select and include 4 positions that would be needed in the human resource department and show job responsibilities that are needed to perform them. This could be done in Microsoft® PowerPoint. Then in a Microsoft® Word document select 3 out of the 4 positions and write job description for them. The job descriptions need to be 350 words each. A web site that may help you is mindmapfree.com. This assignment could be done in Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint. I believe this would be the best way to approach completing it.I would prefer the job descriptions of actual positions in the hr department. However, if you want to take one position (HR Representative) and discuss 4 responsibilities of this 1 position instead of 4 separate positions, you may do so. Writing the job descriptions for 3 of the 4 would be the same. Describing 7 to 10 responsibilities in each of the roles or positions is required. Remember, in the diagram you list the responsibilities of 4 positions in a human resource management office. Then, you select 3 positions and write a 350 word job description of each of them that include the responsibilitites you had listed.
