In today’s digital economy, organizations increasingly need to consider competition on a global scale. At the same time, sales and marketing teams understanding that they need to think about their customers on very local level. This leads to a question: how do you think differently about global opportunities? How to translate a global opportunity into a marketable product on a local level? 

Imagine that the head of the marketing unit for the organization in which you work has approached you to help her think through the questions above.
